3999 bed VIP — Weekly Cashback and Special Benefits for Regular Players
3999 bed's VIP program is for those who play regularly and want to get something back at the end of each week. Arranged in three tiers — from Bronze up to Gold — it grows along with how you play.
Three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold
The 3999 bed VIP program has three tiers in total. Each tier gives more weekly cashback than the one before and comes with better benefits. New members start their journey at the Bronze tier.
Ideal for new VIP members. Get up to 0.4% cashback on net losses each week.
Suited for regular players. Double the cashback of Bronze plus additional benefits.
For the most dedicated players. The highest cashback rate and premium benefits.
How weekly cashback works
How cashback is calculated
Each week, your VIP tier's cashback rate is applied to your net loss — that is, your total losses minus your total winnings for the week. At the end of the week, that amount is credited directly to your account.
Keep in mind, cashback is paid only on net losses — it applies only when your losses exceed your winnings for the week. If you finish a week in profit, no cashback applies for that week.
The example above uses the maximum cashback rate for the Silver tier. At the Gold tier, the same loss would earn more cashback.
How to move to a higher tier
Moving up in 3999 bed VIP is straightforward — the more active and consistent you are, the sooner the opportunity to reach the next tier comes. There are no specific deposit limits or difficult conditions.
Regular participation across different sections of the site — such as slot games, live casino or sports betting — increases your account activity. Based on this activity, the platform automatically reviews your VIP tier and upgrades it when you qualify.
From Bronze to Silver, then Silver to Gold — each upgrade brings a better cashback rate than before. You are notified separately when your tier changes, so you do not need to track it yourself.
If your activity drops for any reason, your tier may be reviewed — so staying consistent is the best approach.
Benefits VIP members receive
Beyond cashback, the 3999 bed VIP program offers members a number of additional benefits.
Faster withdrawal processing
VIP members' withdrawal requests are processed on a priority basis. Money is usually received via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Special promotional access
VIP members receive news of special offers and promotions before regular members. Priority access is available for new game launches and bonus offers.
Priority support
Support is available in Bengali and English via 24/7 live chat and email. VIP members' support requests are resolved faster.
Combining with the welcome bonus
As a new member, you can receive a 120% welcome bonus (up to ৳20,000) and also participate in the VIP program, provided the bonus wagering requirements are met.
Full access on the mobile app
The VIP dashboard, cashback tracking and all VIP benefits are accessible directly from your mobile via the Android and iOS apps.
Guaranteed weekly cashback
At the end of each week, cashback is credited to your account automatically — no separate application needed. This is one of the most reliable benefits of the VIP program.
VIP benefits in live casino
Playing regularly at the live table games on 3999 bed Casino increases VIP activity. VIP members get priority access to live Baccarat, Roulette and Teen Patti tables from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and several other studios.
Cashback on sports betting too
Weekly cashback on net losses also applies to sports bets — including cricket, especially BPL and T20 match betting, as well as football and other sports. VIP members benefit across every type of game.
Cashback and responsible gaming
The 3999 bed VIP program is designed to reward regular and moderate players — not to encourage bigger losses. Cashback is a small portion of the week's net losses, so it never compensates for large losses.
Set your budget before playing, stick to time limits and prioritise entertainment over winning. If you feel gaming is going out of control, stop immediately. You can read the complete responsible gaming guide.
3999 bed's site has deposit limit, session limit and account suspension features — use them when needed. The full terms of the VIP program are set out in the Terms and Conditions.
For ages 21+. Play responsibly.
