1. Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 3999 bed ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user ("you", "member"). By using 3999 bed's website, mobile app, or any other service, you are considered to have fully accepted all of the following terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

• Each person may create only one account. Holding multiple accounts may result in both accounts being terminated and any funds held being forfeited.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

3999 bed offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus funds must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be made. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,200, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may have its own additional terms, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• A member may benefit from a promotion only once.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 3999 bed reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.
• 3999 bed reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion.

5. VIP and Cashback Programme

3999 bed's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, and up to 1.2% at Gold. Cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week (total bets minus total winnings). For example: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the maximum cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

Eligibility for advancement to a higher tier depends on overall activity. VIP benefits are maintained only for active members.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

6.1 Fair Play

All games at 3999 bed are operated on neutral and transparent technology. The use of software bots, automated betting programmes, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Attempting to influence outcomes by colluding with other members.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server error, loss of internet connection, or any other technical reason, 3999 bed will settle the bet based on the last valid recorded game state. In case of any dispute or complaint, the decision of 3999 bed shall be considered final.

7. Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

7.2 Multi Bets

Multi bets can be placed by combining multiple selections. The combined odds are calculated by multiplying the odds of each selection — for example, 1.50 × 1.80 × 1.90 = 5.13 (approximate). A ৳100 bet returns ৳513 only if all three selections win. If one selection loses, the entire bet is lost.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonus funds where the wagering requirement has not been met) will be returned subject to verification.
